We had 26 attending to the last meeting and got to play around with Yo-yo beads. A big thank you to Ann Hochman for teaching and her helpers. Good progress was made by a number of people and some had even finished an earring before the end of the evening. Thank you for attending everyone!

Christmas in July
For our next project, we'll be making a pretty beaded ornament, a bit different from what we've had for ornaments in the past, a ball made out of beads. Great gift for the winter holidays and once you get the technique down, you can do it in miniature for pendants or even earrings.
Supply List
3 mm bead or a #6 seed bead in any neutral color (silver, gold, AB clear, etc.) for fill in between large beads.
Big eye needle if needed for better control
Scissors
Mat
Light
The Bead Society shall provide kits of large acrylic beads and monofilament line.
Colors are red, blue, purple and white, first come, first served. The first kit is free to members, additional kits may be purchased for $1.50.
