Bead Society of Cape Cod

The Bead Society meets at the Cape Cod Cultural Center in Yarmouth on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Bead Society Membership will be open to new members beginning January 2023. Happy June everyone! Our next meeting is Thursday, June 19th and this month's project is Peanut Bead Necklace. This project works up quickly and is your chance to experiment with differently shaped beads. Give yourself plenty of time to acquire these peanut beads and see you later this month!

Peanut Bead Necklace Supply List

Peanut Beads-Approximately 10 grams
Size 11 seed beads-one tube
Small drops or long drops-one tube or approximately 200 2mm firepolish beads
2 wire guardians or small amount of size 15 seed beads
Small clasp (I recommend a lobster claw clasp with additional jump rings, if needed)
6lb. Fireline
2-size 12 beading needles
Beat mat
Bead light

As always, the Bead Society of Cape Cod meets the third Thursday of every month at the Dennis Public Library at 5 Hall Street in Dennisport. Come for the social hour at 6:15pm, formal meetings begin at 7pm sharp.
