For our next meeting, we will be doing a REFRESHER SESSION of three techniques. Those techniques are,

Stringing/Crimping - Basics that make the difference in a strung necklace.

Earring Wraps Refresher - You may never buy earrings again...

Peyote Stitch Refresher Session - Peyote Stitch Inside and Out

Our goal is for everyone who comes to get a chance to participate in TWO of these sessions. When you RSVP, indicate which Refresher is your FIRST choice and which is your SECOND.

Read to the very end of this message to see the supply lists for each of the three Refresher Sessions.

SUPPLY LIST FOR PEYOTE

"EVEN-COUNT" PEYOTE REFRESHER SUPPLIES

BRING 3 COLORS ( 100 BEADS OF EACH COLOR IS SUFFICIENT) HAVE A STRONG CONTRAST BETWEEN THE COLORS OF THE BEADS.

SIZE 8 JAPANESE "CYLINDER" BEADS OR SIZE 8 HEX JAPANESE "CYLINDER" BEADS

IMPORTANT = ALL 3 COLORS MUST BE THE SAME KIND OF BEADS. YOU CANNOT MIX THE TWO STYLES FOR THIS PROJECT. HEX BEADS ARE LONGER AND WILL NOT FIT WITH NON-HEX.

THESE ARE FLAT-SIDED BEADS, ALMOST TUBE-LIKE, AND FIT TOGETHER BEAUTIFULLY.

THIS IS IMPORTANT FOR THIS STITCH.

DO NOT BRING REGULAR DELICA BEADS. THEY ARE TOO SMALL FOR LEARNING A NEW STITCH.

DO NOT BRING "CHECK"//ROUND-SIDED/BALL-LIKE BEADS. THEY DON'T NESTLE TOGETHER & WILL DRIVE YOU NUTS.

IF YOU DON'T HAVE "CYLINDER" 8 BEADS & DON'T WANT TO SHOP FOR SOME, I CAN MAKE UP SMALL BAGS OF 3 COLORS ($3.00 PER BAG OF 3 COLORS) I WILL DO THIS ONLY IF YOU INDIVIDUALLY REQUEST IT. EMAIL ME IF YOU WANT ME TO BRING BEADS FOR YOU.

THREAD & NEEDLES THESE ARE BIG HOLES. ALMOST ANY "REGULAR" MATERIALS SHOULD FIT. BRING YOUR FAVORITE.

PS IF YOU TOOK THE CLASS BEFORE, PLEASE BRING YOUR COPY OF THE INSTRUCTIONS OR LET MARGE PRIMAVERA KNOW IF YOU NEED A NEW COPY.
