Hi everyone,

A big thank you to everyone who made it to this month's meeting! We continued our exploration of Peyote shapes. It was a challenging evening, with much to absorb. Thank you all for your efforts and thank you Kathy for all your hard work.

For anyone getting discouraged, it took me years to learn Peyote stitch. YEARS! I was self-taught and could not figure it out. If you're getting discouraged, be patient, take breaks. Try different beads and watch some tutorials.

Kathy recommended this tutorial for Open Shapes, I just watched it and it's very good.

There was some discussion last night about the Chatty Cathy Pendant, the triangle shaped pendant with the rivoli in the middle.

Hi everyone,

As you know, last month we focused on Peyote Triangles. This month provides a chance for the more experienced to continue their exploration and for the less experienced to begin their journey. If you did not attend last month's meeting or feel the need to work further on the basics of Peyote Triangles, please arrive as early as you can, the closer to 6:30, the better. We'll work together to make sure everyone is able to enjoy and build on these techniques.

Also, if you attended last month, please bring with you what you worked on last month and bring your feedback for what worked and what didn't work for last time. We need your thoughtful input to make this work.

Using the techniques from last month, we we will explore:
