COMMENT FROM PRESIDENT
Hi all and hope your summer is fun and exciting, and a little time for BEADING.
The BSCC is thriving financially. Last weekend's trunk show at Whimsy in Harwich brought in $203 and our rent will remain the same at the Cape Cod Cultural Center. We're looking to have some outside programs and speakers for our members in 2020.
Of course no organization works on money alone. Happily we also have good members and more people joining all the time. In order to complete our 2020 plans, we need everyone to participate and become more active.
It is part of your membership responsibility to sign up for a Helper Job. Every Officer and Committee needs Helpers to continue in 2020.
For our August meeting, we will have sign-up sheets, listing available Jobs. Each person who signs up will work with the present Offiers or Co-Chair to learn more about that job and attached responsibilities.
We are not just a few members any more and we're looking to continue growing the Bead Society. Your participation is valuable and an essential part of the Bead Society's future.
See you on August 15! If there are any questions regarding the Job Fair, don’t hesitate to contact:
Linda Lord
Cheryl Baer
Kathy Taylor

Your unwanted beads can help the Bead Society!
Do you have extra beads? Supplies you wonder why you ever purchased? Looking to de-stash?
Bring your extra beads and supplies to the meeting. We'll use them to make up kits for the Cookie Stroll and other fundraisers.

If you have not previously attended a meeting or have not attended one in a very long while, please make sure to respond so we know you're coming.
