Bead Society Meeting - Musical Tables
January 16th - Cape Cod Cultural Center
Social hour 6:30 - Meeting begins 7:00

Welcome back! This month's activity is Musical Tables.
Feeling a little hesitant about squishing those crimps? Are you all thumbs when it comes to making that wire loop for your earring wire?
All of us have some little hang-ups when it comes to finishing some of our beaded jewelry. This month’s program hopefully will lessen some of those fears, and entertain you at the same time.

We will have 3 Demo tables set up. Each table will host 1/3 of the membership at a time. Each table host will demonstrate and answer questions for a 20 min session. At the end of each 20 min, the group will change tables. The topics are:
Crimping
Wire work
Pearl and Thread Knotting
It is not intended to be a hands-on workshop, although you will have some time to work on a project after the 20 min sessions are over.
If you haven’t yet worked up your earring kit from the Xmas party, now would be a good time.
While no supplies are needed; you may want to bring your reading or close-up glasses so you can inspect the samples in the demonstrations.
Come, have fun, and go home with renewed confidence in your finishing skills.

Bead Society Membership is currently closed and we are not accepting drop-in guests at this time. Meetings involve the sharing of techniques requiring close attention and we try to provide a quality teaching and learning experience and unfortunately we must limit the number of members.
We hope to open membership in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
